Self-care is not just about taking care of the body, it’s about taking care of body, mind and spirit! When we pray and fast, we are preparing ourselves to be who God purposed us to be! When we tithe, we follow God’s principles/law. The Bible commands for us to “Delight yourself in the Lord, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart.” Psalms 37:4 AMP!
